The Next Step
The first step is to make telephone contact with us so we can have a brief discussion about your needs and to check availability in your area. If you wish to proceed further from this, the next step is to arrange a no-obligation friendly and informal assessment which is generally carried out within your own home where we will talk about your life, your needs and your wishes. If necessary we can have this meeting in hospital or in a care home, wherever you or your loved one is currently residing. The Assessor will discuss with you the range of services we are able to provide and then you, your family and ourselves together can decide if we can meet those needs to your satisfaction or we can look at other suggestions or alternatives to suit. Once approved this information will form part of your specifically tailored Care Plan and an agreed start date will be set up.
